We are the proud and humble founding pastors of New Beginnings Ministries of Schertz, Texas and Ft. Wainwright Gospel Service in Fairbanks, Alaska. We know without a shadow of doubt that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above ALL that we could ever ask or think according to the POWER that works in us. With devotion to God and a love for His Church, we are grateful to have been afforded wonderful opportunities to serve under and alongside many anointed and powerful men and women of God in an array of positions in various churches through the United States and overseas.

Pastor Huffman retired from the U.S. Army after serving more than 32 faithful and honorable years of Active Duty, culminating as a Command Sergeant Major (CSM). He was in charge of the oversight of millions of dollars in operational budget across the western and southern military medial commands. He is a highly decorated war veteran. He deployed for 15 months in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), 8 months in support of Operation Kosovo Forces (KFOR), 2 months to South Florida in support on Hurricane Andrew, various support in Egypt, Sinai, Bermuda, Northern Alaska, and various states across the US.

Pastor Huffman has received too numerous to count military and civilian awards and decorations during his 32 years of Active Military Service. He has traveled extensively throughout the entire US, overseas, Bermuda, Egypt, Sinai, Kosovo, Kuwait, and Iraq. As an ordained and licensed Elder, he served alongside US Army chaplains, sharing the Word of God to thousands of US Soldiers. He has served in numerous ministries throughout the years. Currently, Pastor Huffman works as a Federal Civilian with the Department of the Army, where he is the Chief of Training & Readiness for the Medical Center of Excellence at Fort Sam Houston, TX. 

Pastor Huffman has earned an associate’s degree in applied science, a bachelor’s degree in science, a master’s degree in business administration, a 2nd master’s degree in divinity. He has obtained a Deacon’s License, a Minister’s Ordination License, an Elder’s Ordination License, a Co-Pastor’s Ordination License, and currently a Pastor’s Ordination License. He has a heart for God’s people.

Apostle Huffman retired from Federal Civilian Service after serving 30 faithful and devoted years. She received the prestigious, “Dr. Mary E. Walker Award”, awarded by the Forces Command, Department of the Army for her dedicated and exemplary volunteerism as an outstanding spouse improving the quality of life for soldiers and their families. She has received too numerous to count other federal civilian service awards throughout her tenure. She is also commissioned a “Yellow Rose of Texas” presented by Governor Rick Perry. 

Apostle Huffman has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, a Master’s Degree in Divinity, a Doctorate Degree in Theology, a Deaconess License, an Evangelist Ordination License, a Minister’s Ordination License, an Assistant Pastor’s Ordination License x 2, a Pastor’s Ordination License, and an Apostolic Affirmation as an Apostle in the Lord’s Church. She has served in a variety of ministries throughout the years.

Apostle Huffman carries a strong apostolic anointing and is full of the Holy Ghost. She has been in ministry for over 36 years. She has licensed and ordained two Elders, one Evangelist, one Deacon, one Deaconess, one Minister, and one Pastor thus far. She serves as a humble spiritual covering, servant, and mentor over those whom God has entrusted into her care. She is a visionary, teacher, preacher and singer. She has traveled the world preaching and teaching the Gospel. She has done missionary work in Romania, Budapest, Hungary, and Germany.  She conducts seminars, conferences, workshops, marriage counseling, marriage retreats, leadership training, and pastoral mentorship. She is a dedicated servant of God and a woman of immense integrity second to none.

Apostle Huffman has founded several ministries within the church such as Women of Worth (WOW), Widow Mite Ministry, and NBM Cares Outreach Ministries (First Street Assisted Living Facility and Adult Daycare, Lasting Impact Missions, and Compassion International Incorporated). 

Apostle Huffman is a woman after the heart of God! God does not call the qualified, He qualifies the call. Through the apostolic power of the Holy Ghost, she preaches love, healing, deliverance, restoration and encouragement to the body of Christ! She has a strong apostolic anointing on her life to restore the marriage covenant between one man and one woman, and for the family as a strong united front representing our Lord Jesus Christ and His Church!

Our Lord Jesus gave His apostles this command before He ascended into heaven, “Therefore, GO, ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever, I have commanded you; and, lo, I will be with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. St. Matt 28: 19-20 KJV
